Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is focused on building, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and follow-through are critical. This position plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are launched on time, product listings are accurate, and marketing assets are properly managed.Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing (Klaviyo):<ul><li>Build, format, and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using pre-designed creative assets</li><li>Upload and organize graphics, copy, and links</li><li>Manage segmentation lists and campaign calendars</li><li>Test emails for formatting, links, and accuracy prior to deployment</li></ul>Social Media Management (Hootsuite):<ul><li>Create and schedule organic social media posts across platforms</li><li>Coordinate graphics, captions, and hashtags</li><li>Maintain a consistent posting schedule</li><li>Monitor basic engagement, including comments, messages, and interactions</li></ul>Creative Asset Creation and Organization:<ul><li>Create/Edit creative assets using Adobe Suite and Canva</li><li>Organize and maintain marketing assets including images, videos, and copy</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels</li></ul>E-commerce &amp; Data Management:<ul><li>Maintain and update product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and distributor portals</li><li>Assist with product uploads, inventory files, and data formatting using Excel</li><li>Perform data cleanup and ensure accuracy across all listings</li><li>Identify and correct inconsistencies in product titles, images, and descriptions</li></ul>General Marketing Support:<ul><li>Assist the Director of Marketing with campaign execution and coordination</li><li>Help maintain marketing calendars and project timelines</li><li>Support cross-functional initiatives with sales, operations, and external partners</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred or similar)</li><li>Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite or similar)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Self-starter with a strong ability to execute and follow direction</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, UNFI, KeHE)</li><li>Understanding of branding and content consistency</li><li>Experience working with digital asset management systems</li><li>Familiarity with the beauty, personal care, or natural products industry</li></ul>Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
