Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is focused on building, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and follow-through are critical. This position plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are launched on time, product listings are accurate, and marketing assets are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
- Build, format, and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using pre-designed creative assets
- Upload and organize graphics, copy, and links
- Manage segmentation lists and campaign calendars
- Test emails for formatting, links, and accuracy prior to deployment
Social Media Management (Hootsuite):
- Create and schedule organic social media posts across platforms
- Coordinate graphics, captions, and hashtags
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Monitor basic engagement, including comments, messages, and interactions
Creative Asset Creation and Organization:
- Create/Edit creative assets using Adobe Suite and Canva
- Organize and maintain marketing assets including images, videos, and copy
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
E-commerce & Data Management:
- Maintain and update product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and distributor portals
- Assist with product uploads, inventory files, and data formatting using Excel
- Perform data cleanup and ensure accuracy across all listings
- Identify and correct inconsistencies in product titles, images, and descriptions
General Marketing Support:
- Assist the Director of Marketing with campaign execution and coordination
- Help maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Support cross-functional initiatives with sales, operations, and external partners
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred or similar)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with a strong ability to execute and follow direction
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, UNFI, KeHE)
- Understanding of branding and content consistency
- Experience working with digital asset management systems
- Familiarity with the beauty, personal care, or natural products industry
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
