Our work spans leadership development, mental health programmes, culture change, psychological safety, employee wellbeing and organisational transformation.As the organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional person to become the operational heartbeat of the business.This is far more than an administration role.This is an opportunity to become a trusted member of the leadership team and help shape the future of a purpose-led organisation with significant growth potential.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and people-focused individual who can help bring structure, accountability and momentum across the organisation.You will work closely with our Founder and leadership team, helping to ensure that the business runs smoothly, priorities are delivered, opportunities are followed through and the team is supported to perform at its best.You will become the operational heartbeat of the organisation, helping create the systems, structures and accountability that enable our team to perform at its best and the business to grow sustainably.Rather than simply keeping things running, you will help build the operational foundations that allow the organisation to scale whilst remaining true to our values and mission.This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making things happen.For the right person, there is genuine opportunity for progression into a future Head of Operations, Operations Director, COO or Managing Director pathway as the organisation continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations<ul><li>Lead the continual improvement of the organisation's operational effectiveness.</li><li>Improve systems, processes and ways of working.</li><li>Create greater visibility, accountability and operational consistency across the business.</li><li>Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting.</li><li>Support operational planning, capacity planning and business priorities.</li><li>Help implement new technologies, automation and AI-enabled processes.</li><li>Work closely with the leadership team to ensure operational priorities remain aligned.</li></ul>Team Support &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Coordinate leadership meetings and help maintain organisational rhythm.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members.</li><li>Manage annual leave, team administration and internal communications.</li><li>Help create a positive, supportive and accountable culture.</li><li>Support managers with team communication, clarity and performance follow-up.</li><li>Encourage ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.</li><li>Act as a trusted point of contact for operational matters.</li></ul>Commercial &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Support business development activity and commercial planning.</li><li>Coordinate proposals, contracts and client onboarding.</li><li>Maintain visibility of the commercial pipeline and sales activity.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives alongside the wider team.</li><li>Work closely with our Head of Growth and Development to improve commercial effectiveness.</li><li>Help ensure opportunities progress efficiently from enquiry through to successful delivery.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and client experience.</li></ul>Finance &amp;
