Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and communication-focused Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the organization&rsquo;s public image and build strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public. This role is responsible for developing PR strategies, handling communications, and ensuring positive brand visibility.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement public relations strategies and communication plans</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and stakeholders</li><li>Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, and official statements</li><li>Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press events</li><li>Monitor media coverage and public perception of the organization</li><li>Organize events, press conferences, and promotional activities</li><li>Handle crisis communications and reputation management</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on campaigns</li><li>Manage social media messaging and public communications (as needed)</li><li>Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all channels</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Experience with media outreach and press relations</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information and crisis situations</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li></ul>Pay: QAR25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
