 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; Manage personnel files and ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
 
 
 &bull; Handle social insurance procedures, including registration, amendments, and cancellations.
 
 
 &bull; Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
 
 
 &bull; Manage employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
 
 
 &bull; 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in social insurance and personnel affairs.
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.
 
 
 &bull; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus.
