About the role We're looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team on a full-time basis and provide vital support across our office operations located in Albury North. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of our business. Working a Monday to Friday roster, the successful applicant will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities to grow their career in real estate, guided by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team. What you will be doing <ul> <li>Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members</li> <li>Maintaining a welcoming, professional reception area</li> <li>Opening and closing the shopfront each day</li> <li>Assisting with Property Management administration tasks</li> <li>Conducting audits as instructed by management</li> <li>Assisting with uploading accounts payable for rental properties</li> <li>Conducting routine inspections when Property Management staff are absent</li> <li>Delivering and collecting post</li> <li>Greeting clients and customers who visit the office</li> <li>Tracking the collection and return of keys</li> </ul> What we are looking for <ul> <li>A personable, engaging individual with excellent communication and people skills</li> <li>Strong time management abilities and a keen eye for detail</li> <li>A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry</li> <li>Proficiency with computers and a professional phone manner</li> <li>A current driver's license</li> </ul> About the business With over 35 years of experience, we've earned our reputation as one of the most trusted real estate offices in the Lavington area. RTO Administration Officer - Fulltime (Brendale) Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our Administration team full-time. About the role As an RTO Administration Officer you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance. You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given time frames. You will apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing all data and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same.
