The role involves various tasks that support the daily operations of the ranch or farm, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with daily hobby farm operations, primarily with landscaping and animal care.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively for various tasks around the farm.</li><li>Perform lifting as required for moving materials, equipment, or livestock.</li><li>Provide basic animal husbandry, including feeding, grooming, and caring for animals.</li><li>Utilize power tools for maintenance and repair tasks on the farm.</li><li>Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair equipment or structures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in farming or ranching is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic maintenance practices is a plus.</li><li>Experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.</li></ul>Looking for part-time help to maintain landscaping and assist with animal care for 4 horses, three cows, 9 dogs and 4 cats as available for up to 16 hours (currently).Idea candidate responsible college or high school student.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:<ul><li>4 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
