We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-time Ranch/Farm Help. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for agriculture and enjoy working outdoors. The role involves various tasks that support the daily operations of the ranch or farm, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hobby farm operations, primarily with landscaping and animal care.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively for various tasks around the farm.
• Perform lifting as required for moving materials, equipment, or livestock.
• Provide basic animal husbandry, including feeding, grooming, and caring for animals.
• Utilize power tools for maintenance and repair tasks on the farm.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair equipment or structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in farming or ranching is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic maintenance practices is a plus.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Looking for part-time help to maintain landscaping and assist with animal care for 4 horses, three cows, 9 dogs and 4 cats as available for up to 16 hours (currently).

Idea candidate responsible college or high school student.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
