Seeking Enrollment &amp; Program Coordinator for STEM Programs in Bedford, MAInventor STEM School offers LEGO and Minecraft-based STEM enrichment programs for kids ages 4&ndash;12+ at our school in Bedford, MA. We are looking for a proactive and energetic full-time Enrollment &amp; Program Coordinator to run student enrollment and support weekday programs (Tuesday&ndash;Thursday afternoons). We provide training and systems &mdash; you bring organization, communication skills, and a positive attitude!QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD:<ul><li>Have experience in customer service, sales, education, or working with families (paid or volunteer)</li><li>Be comfortable communicating with parents and guiding them through program selection</li><li>Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once</li><li>Enjoy working with children and feel confident supervising small groups</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<ul><li>Contacting leads via phone, email, and text</li><li>Booking, confirming, and following up on trial sessions, converting trials into enrollments</li><li>Supporting email campaigns and outreach initiatives</li><li>Assisting with social media content (posts, photos, updates)</li><li>Participating in local events and promotions</li><li>Running and supervising weekday classes (Tue&ndash;Thu)</li><li>Communicating with parents and building relationships</li></ul>EXTRA POINTS FOR:<ul><li>Experience working with children (teaching, camps, tutoring, etc.)</li><li>Sales or enrollment experience</li><li>Interest in STEM (LEGO, robotics, coding, Minecraft, etc.)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $42,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
