Seeking Enrollment & Program Coordinator for STEM Programs in Bedford, MA

Inventor STEM School offers LEGO and Minecraft-based STEM enrichment programs for kids ages 4–12+ at our school in Bedford, MA. We are looking for a proactive and energetic full-time Enrollment & Program Coordinator to run student enrollment and support weekday programs (Tuesday–Thursday afternoons). We provide training and systems — you bring organization, communication skills, and a positive attitude!

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD:

• Have experience in customer service, sales, education, or working with families (paid or volunteer)
• Be comfortable communicating with parents and guiding them through program selection
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Enjoy working with children and feel confident supervising small groups

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Contacting leads via phone, email, and text
• Booking, confirming, and following up on trial sessions, converting trials into enrollments
• Supporting email campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Assisting with social media content (posts, photos, updates)
• Participating in local events and promotions
• Running and supervising weekday classes (Tue–Thu)
• Communicating with parents and building relationships

EXTRA POINTS FOR:

• Experience working with children (teaching, camps, tutoring, etc.)
• Sales or enrollment experience
• Interest in STEM (LEGO, robotics, coding, Minecraft, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
