The role involves overseeing the full design process, from concept development through execution, ensuring that every project reflects strong design vision, functionality, and refined detailing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership<ul><li>Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts for projects.</li><li>Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions.</li><li>Produce mood boards, design presentations, and detailed design proposals.</li></ul>Project Development<ul><li>Prepare space planning, layouts, and interior architectural drawings.</li><li>Develop detailed design packages including materials, finishes, and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained.</li></ul>Material &amp; Product Selection<ul><li>Source and review materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.</li><li>Conduct material comparisons and ensure selections align with the overall design vision.</li></ul>Client &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Lead design presentations and communicate ideas clearly to clients.</li><li>Mentor junior designers and oversee design development within the team.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and development of high-end residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide projects from concept through construction while ensuring design quality and coordination across all disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design &amp; Concept Development<ul><li>Lead the development of architectural concepts and design strategies.</li><li>Translate client requirements into functional and innovative architectural solutions.</li><li>Prepare concept presentations, design reports, and visual materials.</li></ul>Design Development &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Produce and oversee architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed design packages.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality of technical documentation throughout the project stages.</li><li>Review and approve drawings produced by the design team.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, consultants, and project managers.</li><li>Ensure design intent is maintained across all stages of the project.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.</li></ul>Client &amp; Consultant Interaction<ul><li>Lead client meetings and presentations when required.</li><li>Communicate design direction and technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.</li></ul>Construction &amp; Site Coordination<ul><li>Review drawings and technical submissions.</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.</li><li>Resolve design-related challenges during execution.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
