Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and development of high-end residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide projects from concept through construction while ensuring design quality and coordination across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Concept Development

• Lead the development of architectural concepts and design strategies.
• Translate client requirements into functional and innovative architectural solutions.
• Prepare concept presentations, design reports, and visual materials.

Design Development & Documentation

• Produce and oversee architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed design packages.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of technical documentation throughout the project stages.
• Review and approve drawings produced by the design team.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure design intent is maintained across all stages of the project.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.

Client & Consultant Interaction

• Lead client meetings and presentations when required.
• Communicate design direction and technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Construction & Site Coordination

• Review drawings and technical submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Resolve design-related challenges during execution.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
