Junior Architect

OK Decorations and Building Maintenance LLC is a leading provider of decoration and maintenance services in the UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic renderings of design projects to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Develop and prepare 2D architectural drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and align with client requirements.
• Utilize architectural software proficiently to create detailed designs and plans.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and proposals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating realistic renderings.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Strong skills in 2D drafting and design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards is a plus.
• Freshers can also be considered.
