​Job Description

​We are a reputable contracting company based in Dubai, seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Architect to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural designs, site progress, and ensuring all works align with Dubai’s building standards.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (Please Read Carefully):

​Experience: Candidates MUST have graduated at least 5 years ago. A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience as an Architect is strictly required. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.

​Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

• ​Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approval or relevant Architectural accreditation.
• ​Previous experience working with Engineering Consultancies within the UAE.
• ​Strong knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and authority regulations.

​Core Responsibilities:

• ​Review, develop, and refine architectural plans and Shop Drawings.
• ​Supervise architectural and finishing works on-site to ensure high-quality execution.
• ​Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and periodic progress updates.
• ​Coordinate between Structural, MEP, and Architectural departments to resolve design conflicts.
• ​Manage submissions and follow up on approvals with Dubai Municipality and other authorities.

​Skills & Qualifications:

• ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• ​Software: Full proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Experience in Revit or 3D modeling is a strong plus.
• ​License: A valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
