Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect who can manage projects from concept development to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients and consultants while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.

Prepare and supervise layouts, technical drawings, and project documentation.

Prepare and present design presentations to clients and consultants.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality detailing and execution.

Oversee project development from concept through completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in architectural design and project development.

Strong creative and technical skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, 3D software, and Excel.

Knowledge of ArchiCAD is an advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
