You can embrace your curiosity in a culture that celebrates new ideas and diverse perspectives. You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.

We are seeking a Principal – Digital Delivery to own and engineer the digital backbone of architectural project delivery.

This is a senior technical role for someone who goes beyond traditional BIM management and coordination. The focus is information architecture, interoperability, data integrity, automation, and analytics—ensuring that design data is reliable, structured, and usable throughout the lifecycle of architectural projects.

Working in close partnership with the Digital Lead, this role owns how architectural information is structured, exchanged, validated, and reported. Success is measured by digital reliability: projects that move fast, iterate safely, and deliver without data loss, rework, or manual policing.

Information Architecture & Interoperability

  • Define and govern the information architecture for architectural projects: data structures, schemas, classifications, parameters, and naming systems aligned with ISO 19650.

  • Design and maintain lossless data exchange workflows between architectural platforms (Revit, Rhino, and related tools), ensuring information survives iteration without corruption or rework.

  • Own and document data mappings, exchange rules, and validation logic so interoperability is predictable, testable, and auditable.

  • Develop and validate information structures directly within project environments, ensuring they work in real delivery conditions—not just in theoretical workflows.

Automation, Data QA & Analytics

  • Implement automated quality‑assurance systems using Python, Dynamo, Power Automate, or similar tools to continuously validate model and data integrity.

  • Ensure automated QA systems are continuously tested and refined against live project outputs, capturing true delivery failure points and data‑quality risks.

  • Work with project teams to interpret analytics and translate digital health findings into clear, actionable technical improvements.

Architectural Project Digital Execution

  • Lead digital execution planning on key architectural projects, defining information requirements and exchanging milestones, not as static documents.

  • Ensure architectural information is structured from day one to support downstream uses (cost, schedule, asset data) without retrofitting.

  • Collaborate directly with project architects and technical coordinators to anticipate data needs and proactively resolve information bottlenecks.

Data Standardization & Governance

  • Develop and maintain architectural templates, libraries, and standards that enforce information quality through embedded logic rather than manual enforcement.

  • Govern the Common Data Environment (CDE) for architecture, ensuring it operates as a true single source of truth with clear validation, approval, and versioning logic.

  • Champion standards through practical implementation and hands‑on support, not policing.

  • 10+ years in Architecture / AEC with a proven track record in digital delivery and information‑driven project execution. Proven experience operating as part of live architectural project teams, with strong understanding of design stages, coordination pressures, and technical delivery workflows.

  • You understand that BIM is a tool; data integrity is the objective.

  • Advanced Autodesk Revit expertise focused on data management (parameters, families, classification, model health

  • Strong capability in Python/Dynamo/Grasshopper/Rhino.Inside for data driven automation and QA workflows.

  • Experience developing Power BI (or equivalent) for delivery analytics

  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and architectural information‑management frameworks.

  • Ability to translate day‑to‑day project challenges into robust, scalable digital solutions that reduce risk.

  • Strong appreciation for the realities of architectural production: documentation, modelling, coordination, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
