Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist – Software & Web Products

About Us:

Mobin Web Software Trading is a Dubai-based provider of innovative software and web-based products. We serve businesses looking for digital transformation, ERP, CRM , custom web solutions, and scalable software tools. We are looking for a dual-talented professional who understands both digital marketing and sales, with a solid background in the software industry.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for generating leads, running digital marketing campaigns, and closing sales for our software/web products. This is not a pure marketing role nor a pure sales role – you will do both, targeting B2B clients who understand technology.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) for software/web products

Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts)

Track, measure, and report campaign performance (ROI, CAC, conversion rates)

Build and nurture online communities and leads via LinkedIn, newsletters, and retargeting

Key Responsibilities – Sales:

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) in need of software/web solutions

Conduct product demos (Zoom/on-site in Dubai) and consultative sales calls

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Maintain CRM, forecast sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with product capabilities

Requirements (Mandatory):

Proven experience in the software/web products industry (min 2–3 years)

Strong understanding of both digital marketing (SEO, PPC, analytics, social media ads) and sales (closing, negotiation, pipeline management)

Excellent English communication & presentation skills

Self-starter, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid role

Location: Dubai (must be able to work onsite or hybrid as needed)

Preferred (Nice to have):

Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, custom web development, or software licensing

Familiarity with CRM tools (Bitrix24, QBM, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and marketing automation

UAE driving license
