ERP Software Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and results-driven ERP Software Sales Executives to join our growing team across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, presenting ERP solutions to clients, and closing sales deals with companies from all industries.

The candidate should have strong B2B sales skills and experience in software or ERP solution sales. This role is suitable for professionals who can understand business workflows and provide digital transformation solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE

* Conduct cold calls, meetings, presentations, and ERP software demonstrations

* Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements

* Coordinate with implementation and technical teams for successful project delivery

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Maintain CRM and sales activity reports

* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in software, ERP, SaaS, or B2B sales

* Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar solutions is an advantage

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong lead generation and customer relationship abilities

* Self-motivated and target-oriented

* UAE Driving License is preferred

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
