We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze business requirements and design suitable Odoo solutions</li><li>Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and HR</li><li>Act as a bridge between clients and the technical development team</li><li>Prepare functional specifications and support technical documentation</li><li>Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities</li><li>Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support</li><li>Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and suggest improvements</li><li>Ensure solutions align with business processes and best practices</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience working with Odoo</li><li>Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and ERP workflows</li><li>Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering</li><li>Basic knowledge of Odoo development (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage</li><li>Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise</li><li>Strong communication and client-handling skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Experience in server management (Linux, VPS, cloud hosting)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
