Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, laboratory, clinic, or medical services sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote laboratory and healthcare services to clinics, hospitals, medical centers, and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or medical services experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Own Vehicle (Car) is Mandatory.
• Currently based in the UAE.
