Sales Representative

We are looking for an experience and target oriented Sales Representative to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the construction and fit-out sectors.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports to submit to manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outdoor sales of building materials, interior materials, flooring materials, or decorative materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is a must
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong client network within construction, fit-out, and design sectors in the UAE.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Company Provides:

• Competitive salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 (depending on experience)
• Company car with fuel allowance
• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
