Investors Management Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a property in Winder, GA. The ideal candidate is a reliable, skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities-Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and common areas.-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance and general maintenance issues.- Complete unit turns including cleaning, painting and repairs to prepare apartments for new residents.-Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.-Keep accurate records of work completed and report supply and equipment needs.-Communicate effectively with Property Manager and other staff regarding resident concerns, unit conditions, and work priorities.Adhere to fair housing laws and safety regulations at all times.Requirements-Minimum 2 years of hands on maintenance experience.-Must supply own basic hand tools.-Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.-HVAC certification preferred.-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
