Residential Maintenance Technician

Investors Management Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a property in Winder, GA. The ideal candidate is a reliable, skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and common areas.

-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance and general maintenance issues.

- Complete unit turns including cleaning, painting and repairs to prepare apartments for new residents.

-Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.

-Keep accurate records of work completed and report supply and equipment needs.

-Communicate effectively with Property Manager and other staff regarding resident concerns, unit conditions, and work priorities.

Adhere to fair housing laws and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of hands on maintenance experience.

-Must supply own basic hand tools.

-Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

-HVAC certification preferred.

-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
