Our technology is used in industrial environments, smart infrastructure, and large-scale digitalization projects.We are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will help us build and scale a global partner ecosystem &mdash; including system integrators, solution providers, and technology partners.This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, and focuses on building real revenue through partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement.What You Will DoPartner Growth &amp; Revenue (Sales-aligned)<ul><li>Build and own partner-sourced pipeline together with Sales.</li><li>Participate in partner-led discovery calls, demos, and POCs.</li><li>Support partners in proposals and RFP responses.</li><li>Develop co-selling playbooks: discovery scripts, qualification checklists, demo flows, and objection handling.</li><li>Maintain partner program structure: tiers, deal registration, referral flows, discount rules and MDF logic.</li><li>Track partner performance and run recovery plans for underperforming partners.</li></ul>Partner Ecosystem Development<ul><li>Identify and recruit Channel Partners and Technology Partners.</li><li>Build and manage a target partner pipeline (integrators, MSPs, solution providers).</li><li>Run partner onboarding and activation programs.</li><li>Conduct regular partner sync meetings and QBRs.</li><li>Maintain joint partner plans and ensure commitments are delivered.</li></ul>Co-Marketing &amp; Partner Programs<ul><li>Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners:</li><li>webinars</li><li>joint solution briefs</li><li>case studies</li><li>guest articles</li><li>partner landing pages</li></ul>Manage the partner SEO program:<ul><li>partner backlinks</li><li>integration pages</li><li>reciprocal listings</li><li>co-branded content</li><li>Coordinate partner integrations to reduce time-to-value and accelerate commercial readiness.</li></ul>Partner Enablement &amp; Support<ul><li>Build structured partner onboarding and training materials.</li><li>Create partner kits, quick-start guides, and FAQs.</li><li>Design a partner support model (L1/L2) with clear escalation paths and SLAs.</li><li>Coordinate partner support cases with Engineering and Solutions teams.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForExperience<ul><li>3&ndash;6+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel marketing, or business development.</li><li>Experience working with system integrators or solution providers.</li><li>Hands-on experience running co-marketing programs with partners.</li><li>Understanding of channel-driven go-to-market models.</li></ul>Technical literacyYou don&rsquo;t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing:<ul><li>APIs and integrations</li><li>cloud / VPC environments</li><li>platform architecture</li><li>multi-tenant systems</li><li>security basics</li></ul>Soft skills<ul><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Highly proactive and accountable</li><li>Ability to manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously</li><li>Structured thinking and prioritization</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering</li></ul>Language<ul><li>Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Remote full-time role</li><li>Quarterly performance bonus tied to partner pipeline and revenue</li><li>Opportunity to build a global partner ecosystem from scratch</li><li>Direct collaboration with leadership and international teams</li></ul>Pay: ﷼5,900.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
