Partner Marketing Manager

About the job

Iotellect is building a global IoT platform that helps companies connect, manage, and automate complex device ecosystems. Our technology is used in industrial environments, smart infrastructure, and large-scale digitalization projects.

We are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will help us build and scale a global partner ecosystem — including system integrators, solution providers, and technology partners.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, and focuses on building real revenue through partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement.

What You Will Do

Partner Growth & Revenue (Sales-aligned)

  • Build and own partner-sourced pipeline together with Sales.
  • Participate in partner-led discovery calls, demos, and POCs.
  • Support partners in proposals and RFP responses.
  • Develop co-selling playbooks: discovery scripts, qualification checklists, demo flows, and objection handling.
  • Maintain partner program structure: tiers, deal registration, referral flows, discount rules and MDF logic.
  • Track partner performance and run recovery plans for underperforming partners.

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and recruit Channel Partners and Technology Partners.
  • Build and manage a target partner pipeline (integrators, MSPs, solution providers).
  • Run partner onboarding and activation programs.
  • Conduct regular partner sync meetings and QBRs.
  • Maintain joint partner plans and ensure commitments are delivered.

Co-Marketing & Partner Programs

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners:
  • webinars
  • joint solution briefs
  • case studies
  • guest articles
  • partner landing pages

Manage the partner SEO program:

  • partner backlinks
  • integration pages
  • reciprocal listings
  • co-branded content
  • Coordinate partner integrations to reduce time-to-value and accelerate commercial readiness.

Partner Enablement & Support

  • Build structured partner onboarding and training materials.
  • Create partner kits, quick-start guides, and FAQs.
  • Design a partner support model (L1/L2) with clear escalation paths and SLAs.
  • Coordinate partner support cases with Engineering and Solutions teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel marketing, or business development.
  • Experience working with system integrators or solution providers.
  • Hands-on experience running co-marketing programs with partners.
  • Understanding of channel-driven go-to-market models.

Technical literacy

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing:

  • APIs and integrations
  • cloud / VPC environments
  • platform architecture
  • multi-tenant systems
  • security basics

Soft skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly proactive and accountable
  • Ability to manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously
  • Structured thinking and prioritization
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering

Language

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
