Oversee and maintain the brokerage's computer systems, servers, andnetworks.b. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheraldevices.c. Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure, including routers,switches, and firewalls.d. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.e. Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.2. Technical Support:a. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees regardinghardware, software, and network-related issues.b. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, both remotely and on-site.c. Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations, printers, andother IT equipment. Train employees on the use of software applicationsand technology tools.3. Security and Data Protection:a. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization'sdata and information.b. Monitor network activity for potential vulnerabilities and breaches.c. Install and update antivirus software and firewalls.d. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with dataprotection regulations.4. Software and Application Management:a. Manage the installation, updates, and maintenance of softwareapplications used within the organization.b. Evaluate and recommend new software solutions that can improveproductivity and efficiency.c. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for software licensing,support, and maintenance.D. Create Landing Pages For Ads5. Technology Planning and Strategy:a. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.b. Assess the organization's current technology infrastructure and makerecommendations for improvements.c. Collaborate with management to develop an IT roadmap and implementtechnology initiatives aligned with business goals.6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:a. Create and maintain technical documentation, including systemconfigurations, procedures, and user guides.b. Share knowledge and provide training to colleagues on IT-related topicsand best practices.7. Data Analysisa. Maintain Communication With Brick By Brick to Insure that SEO &amp; Ad strategies are being implementedb. Record all data involving Ads &amp; SEO, and maintain spreadsheets with this datac. Create an analysis with the Ad data (like click through rates) and acquired leads to compare to previous time periodsd. Send out Facebook Ad and YouTube Promotions listing analytics to Our Sellers8. All Other Miscellaneous Responsibilities. a.Maintain VoIP Systems, Currently RingCentral (Phone &amp; SMS)b.Maintain Email Systems (Organization, Labeling, Filtering &amp; Forwarding)c.Use Software To Stage Broker Listing Photosd.Contact Customer Support To Escalate Software and Hardware Solutions if necessarye.
