Real Estate Videographer

IM Realty is seeking a talented and creative Videographer and YouTube Content Creator to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling to produce high-quality video content for our YouTube channel and social media platforms.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who can handle all aspects of video production, from concept to final edit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and professional videos that showcase our properties, highlight our agents, and provide valuable insights into the real estate market.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and Produce: Strategize, script, shoot, and edit compelling video content, including property tours, agent spotlights, market updates, and community highlights.
• Create High-Quality Content: Capture stunning aerial and interior footage using professional-grade cameras and drone equipment.
• Manage Post-Production: Handle all aspects of editing, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and adding music to create polished, professional videos.
• Optimize for Engagement: Upload and optimize videos for our YouTube channel, including writing catchy titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize views and engagement.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to develop new content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Maintain Equipment: Manage and maintain all video and audio equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of work (real estate experience is a plus!).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Knowledge of YouTube best practices and a passion for staying up-to-date on social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
