This role is the operational heartbeat of our field team, ensuring every vehicle is maintained, compliant, fully equipped, and job-ready so technicians can deliver elite HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service without interruption. If you value accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home at IRBIS.Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintenance &amp; Repairs: Proactively schedule all preventative maintenance (PM), coordinate repairs with external shops, and manage vehicle drop-off/pick-up</li><li>Ensure vehicles are clean, properly equipped, and immediately available for assignment. Conduct routine inspections for damage</li><li>Maintain precise records for registration, titles, insurance, and safety certificates.
