Pay Range: Earn up to $66k annually, Depending on Experience!

Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 40 Hours Weekly
• Tuesday - Saturday
• 9am - 6pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or operational support
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft/Google systems
• Ability to quickly master Fleet Management Software and Telematics systems (i.e. Azuga/Smart Fleet USA)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communication skills

Position Summary:

IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical is hiring a Fleet Coordinator in San Jose, CA earning $26–$32 per hour based on experience. This role is the operational heartbeat of our field team, ensuring every vehicle is maintained, compliant, fully equipped, and job-ready so technicians can deliver elite HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service without interruption. Core Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Proactively schedule all preventative maintenance (PM), coordinate repairs with external shops, and manage vehicle drop-off/pick-up
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly equipped, and immediately available for assignment. Conduct routine inspections for damage
• Maintain precise records for registration, titles, insurance, and safety certificates. Manage the fuel card program and process all related invoices
• Utilize GPS/telematics software to monitor vehicle locations and support the enforcement of safe driving policies
• Coordinate vehicle assignment and retrieval for all employees
