Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our company’s vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles are efficiently maintained, compliant with regulations, cost-effective, and operating safely to support business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation and scheduling.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel usage, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local transport laws, licensing, and safety regulations.
• Manage vehicle procurement, registration, insurance, and disposal processes.
• Supervise drivers and provide training on safety and company policies.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and documentation.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, and insurance companies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
