Microsoft OfficeVirginia Beach service and sales company is seeking a person to fill an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable position to process complex receivables and payables in a fast-paced setting. We offer a team environment, competitive salary and Monday- Friday daytime hours onsite. We are looking for a detail-oriented employee who will work closely with our Service Department Managers to ensure jobs are processed, costed and invoiced properly. This employee will also work closely with our customers to ensure fulfillment of all billing requirements and timely collections. Though accounts receivable responsibilities are primary, this position will also assist the Accounting Manager with a variety of other duties including, but not limited to, A/P, human resources, sales and use tax computation.
