This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently</li><li>Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using various digital tools</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading</li><li>Support office management tasks including supply inventory and mail distribution</li><li>Provide excellent customer support</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence and managing emails via Google Workspace</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy, preferably Google Workspace applications</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for professional communication</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is required</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>****While prior experience is helpful, it is not required.
