All paid positions include comprehensive training to set you up for success!Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Conduct product demos and tours to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs and equipment</li><li>Assist potential members with inquiries over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Upsell memberships, personal training packages, and retail products by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant offerings</li><li>Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations</li><li>Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented</li><li>Supervise or assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and proper stock levels</li><li>Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups when applicable</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers actively</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills</li><li>Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy</li><li>Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance</li></ul>Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy fuels success!
