Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant with Drafting Experience to join our dynamic team. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow within a professional environment that values efficiency, communication, and precision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer support with professional phone etiquette </li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems both digitally using Google Workspace and physically for easy retrieval </li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and financial records </li><li>Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings </li><li>Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and ensuring all correspondence is clear and error-free </li><li>Assist with drafting, editing, and reviewing project documents or drawings using basic drafting software or tools as needed </li><li>Handle general office responsibilities like filing, organizing supplies, managing office inventory, and supporting personal assistant tasks for senior staff</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skills </li><li>Familiarity with drafting processes or basic drafting software is highly desirable </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) </li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document management </li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client interactions </li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk operations </li><li>Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul>Join us in a role where your organizational talents and drafting experience will make a meaningful impact!
