Iroquois Hotel, memeber of Triumph Hotels has a position for Guest service agent. This position will require to work 3 PM shifts and 2 overnight relief shifts.Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:<ul><li>Immediately greet guest and offer to assist with their needs</li><li>Register and assign guests to hotel rooms</li><li>Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests</li><li>Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system</li><li>Respond to guest requests in a timely manner</li><li>Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary</li><li>Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction</li><li>Ensure overall guest satisfaction</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by management</li><li>Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts including overnight.</li></ul>Requirements: 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
