Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed.</li><li>Conduct regular and cycle stock audits to identify and correct discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.</li><li>Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and reduce excess and obsolete stock.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies regarding storage and handling of goods.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization and cost control.</li><li>Prepare and present inventory reports to management on a regular basis.</li><li>Train and supervise warehouse or inventory staff as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>Do you have experience in IT or Telecom Company?</li><li>What is your Notice Period in days?</li><li>What is your total exp in Inventory Management?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
