Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Conduct regular and cycle stock audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and reduce excess and obsolete stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies regarding storage and handling of goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization and cost control.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Train and supervise warehouse or inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
