If you love working with children, enjoy being outdoors, and have a passion for water safety, we&rsquo;d love to have you on our team.Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time (May &ndash; September)Location: Mobile position &ndash; lessons at client homes (South Jersey Shore / Atlantic County area)Schedule: Flexible based on your availability<ul><li>$28 per 30-minute lesson</li><li>$34 per 45-minute lesson</li><li>$43 per 60-minute lesson</li><li>Weekly direct deposit</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide private, in-home swim lessons to children and adults</li><li>Create a safe, positive, and confidence-building learning environment</li><li>Arrive on time (5+ minutes early) to all scheduled lessons</li><li>Maintain communication with Island Aquatics regarding availability and scheduling</li><li>Track and submit weekly timesheets, including mileage and tolls</li><li>Ensure all lessons follow safety guidelines and company standards</li></ul>Scheduling Expectations<ul><li>Lessons are booked through our app based on your availability</li><li>You cannot book clients independently&mdash;all scheduling goes through Island Aquatics</li><li>Consistent attendance and reliability are required</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Work outdoors all summer</li><li>Mileage &amp; toll reimbursement</li><li>All teaching equipment provided</li><li>Covered under company liability insurance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, babysitting, etc.)</li><li>Strong swimming ability</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Positive, patient, and professional attitude</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Must follow a student-centered, encouraging teaching approach</li></ul>Dress Code<ul><li>Professional swim attire required (rash guard + appropriate swimwear)</li><li>Clean, modest, and functional appearance</li></ul>Why Island Aquatics?We&rsquo;re more than just swim lessons&mdash;we&rsquo;re building confidence, safety skills, and lifelong love for the water in our community.
