This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced environment dedicated to creativity and results.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Administrative &amp; Operational Duties</li><li>Manage daily reservation schedules for rental vehicles</li><li>Coordinate delivery, pickup, and return times with drivers and technicians</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text</li><li>Process rental agreements, deposits, payments, and required documentation</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Deliver exceptional communication and problem-solving for customers</li><li>Provide product/service details, rental policy info, and pricing assistance</li><li>Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule weekly social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)</li><li>Capture photos/videos of rentals, scenic locations, events, and customer experiences</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic</li><li>Track engagement analytics and performance reports</li><li>Assist with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and local partnerships</li><li>Design basic graphics for posts, flyers, banners, and event materials</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of administrative or customer service experience</li><li>Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization</li><li>Basic content creation skills (photo/video, reels, captions, stories)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and social scheduling tools</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in digital marketing, branding, or small-business marketing</li><li>Knowledge of SEO basics, analytics, or paid social advertising</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
