<Responsibilities>
- Administrative & Operational Duties
- Manage daily reservation schedules for rental vehicles
- Coordinate delivery, pickup, and return times with drivers and technicians
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Process rental agreements, deposits, payments, and required documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional communication and problem-solving for customers
- Provide product/service details, rental policy info, and pricing assistance
- Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule weekly social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Capture photos/videos of rentals, scenic locations, events, and customer experiences
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
- Track engagement analytics and performance reports
- Assist with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and local partnerships
- Design basic graphics for posts, flyers, banners, and event materials
<Qualifications>
- 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
- Basic content creation skills (photo/video, reels, captions, stories)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and social scheduling tools
Preferred:
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or small-business marketing
- Knowledge of SEO basics, analytics, or paid social advertising
- Valid driver’s license
