The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new designs, collaborating with clients and the team to understand their requirements, and translating these ideas into unique, high-quality garments. Additionally, the Designer will focus on researching fashion trends, coordinating with craftsmen for production, and maintaining the brand&rsquo;s dedication to tradition, quality, and innovation.Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in design tools and techniques, with strong skills in sketching, fabric selection, and garment construction</li><li>Knowledge of traditional Indian craftsmanship and modern design aesthetics to create innovative bridal and festive wear</li><li>Experience in understanding client preferences, offering creative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Strong ability to research fashion trends and translate them into applicable design concepts</li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills</li><li>Passion for fashion and design coupled with attention to detail</li><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in bridal or traditional wear design is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
