Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, for a Designer. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new designs, collaborating with clients and the team to understand their requirements, and translating these ideas into unique, high-quality garments. Additionally, the Designer will focus on researching fashion trends, coordinating with craftsmen for production, and maintaining the brand’s dedication to tradition, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools and techniques, with strong skills in sketching, fabric selection, and garment construction
• Knowledge of traditional Indian craftsmanship and modern design aesthetics to create innovative bridal and festive wear
• Experience in understanding client preferences, offering creative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong ability to research fashion trends and translate them into applicable design concepts
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Passion for fashion and design coupled with attention to detail
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous experience in bridal or traditional wear design is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
