As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Purchasing Specialist with experience in millwork, woodworking materials, and vendor management to join our dynamic team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist located in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, hardware, and supplies required for our millwork projects. The role requires a strong understanding of wood species, veneers, laminates, architectural panels, hardware components and finishing materials, work closely with the production and design and project manager teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Source and procure millwork materials, including lumber, plywood, veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, adhesives, and hardware</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to secure competitive pricing and ensure quality.
