Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: F&amp;B / Restaurant OperationsSalary AED 3,000 &ndash; 4,000 per month (depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with daily accounting and financial administration tasks.</li><li>Maintain invoices, payment records, petty cash, and supporting documents.</li><li>Support sales reconciliation, POS reports, and delivery platform settlements.</li><li>Maintain employee records, contracts, visa documents, insurance records, and personnel files.</li><li>Assist with Odoo ERP implementation, data entry, and system maintenance.</li><li>Prepare reports and operational data for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, suppliers, and external service providers.</li><li>Maintain organized company records and documentation.</li><li>Support management with administrative and operational projects.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B, retail, hospitality, or SME environments is preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong accounting and financial administration knowledge.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a significant advantage).</li><li>Strong data management and reporting capabilities.</li></ul>Communication Skills<ul><li>Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, employees, landlords, service providers, and management.</li><li>Strong email drafting and document preparation skills.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Fast learner with a proactive mindset.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Immediate availability.</li><li>UAE experience.</li><li>Experience supporting ERP implementation projects.</li><li>Background in accounting, finance operations, or business administration.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
