A well-established luxury and bespoke furniture &amp; interior design company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator / Procurement Executive to support high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.This role requires a professional who can coordinate between sales teams, designers/architects, and both Italian and local suppliers, prepare accurate BOQs and quotations, and manage pricing, margins, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced luxury environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate between sales team, designers, architects, and suppliers</li><li>Liaise with Italian and UAE-based local furniture &amp; material suppliers</li><li>Understand client requirements, design intent, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Read, interpret, and respond to architect and designer emails, drawings, and RFQs</li><li>Prepare and manage:</li><li>BOQs (Bill of Quantities)</li><li>Client quotations</li><li>Cost comparisons and value engineering where required</li><li>Request, analyze, and negotiate supplier quotations</li><li>Calculate:</li><li>Public/list prices</li><li>Supplier discounts and special discounts</li><li>Company markups</li><li>Margins and item-level profitability (marginality)</li><li>Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with project budgets</li><li>Maintain supplier databases, price lists, and quotation records</li><li>Support sales team with technical and commercial clarifications</li><li>Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in procurement within:</li><li>Luxury interior design</li><li>Bespoke furniture</li><li>High-end fit-out or FF&amp;E projects</li><li>Strong exposure to:</li><li>Italian furniture brands</li><li>UAE local furniture and material suppliers</li><li>Proven experience preparing BOQs, FF&amp;E schedules, and quotations</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and profitability</li><li>Ability to read and understand:</li><li>Technical drawings</li><li>Interior design specifications</li><li>Architect and consultant documentation</li><li>High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Immediate availability is a strong advantage</li><li>UAE experience preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you able to Join Immediately? </li><li>Is there any visa or labor BAN on you from previous employer</li><li>Would you able on site interview on Saturday.</li><li>Current contact number, preferably whats app working</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Luxury Furniture Trading procurement: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
