Procurement Coordinator / Procurement Executive – Luxury & Bespoke Furniture and Interior Design

A well-established luxury and bespoke furniture & interior design company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator / Procurement Executive to support high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

This role requires a professional who can coordinate between sales teams, designers/architects, and both Italian and local suppliers, prepare accurate BOQs and quotations, and manage pricing, margins, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between sales team, designers, architects, and suppliers
• Liaise with Italian and UAE-based local furniture & material suppliers
• Understand client requirements, design intent, drawings, and specifications
• Read, interpret, and respond to architect and designer emails, drawings, and RFQs
• Prepare and manage:
• BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Client quotations
• Cost comparisons and value engineering where required
• Request, analyze, and negotiate supplier quotations
• Calculate:
• Public/list prices
• Supplier discounts and special discounts
• Company markups
• Margins and item-level profitability (marginality)
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with project budgets
• Maintain supplier databases, price lists, and quotation records
• Support sales team with technical and commercial clarifications
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement within:
• Luxury interior design
• Bespoke furniture
• High-end fit-out or FF&E projects
• Strong exposure to:
• Italian furniture brands
• UAE local furniture and material suppliers
• Proven experience preparing BOQs, FF&E schedules, and quotations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and profitability
• Ability to read and understand:
• Technical drawings
• Interior design specifications
• Architect and consultant documentation
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage
• UAE experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
