Role Brief
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project procurement activities across a real-estate developer’s portfolio. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely, compliant, and commercially sound procurement outcomes aligned with the developer’s legal, technical, and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee project procurement activities across multiple real estate development projects.

Coordinate with internal departments including Technical, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure smooth and timely finalization of awards.

Lead post-tender clarification meetings and commercial negotiations with bidders and suppliers.

Prepare detailed recommendation and award letters for management approval prior to agreement finalization.

Ensure that all contracts, work orders, and agreements are finalized in compliance with the developer’s legal, commercial, and technical requirements.

Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure value for money, risk mitigation, and alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Support standardization of procurement processes, documentation, and best practices across projects.

Manage vendor relationships and support prequalification and performance evaluation processes.

Work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

Minimum 12–15 years of relevant procurement experience.

Proven experience managing procurement for large-scale construction or real estate development projects.

Experience with a real-estate developer and/or main contractor is required covering MEP and Civil works.

Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and tendering processes.

Ability to review and interpret technical, legal, and commercial documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
