About Us:
We are looking for a proactive Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of medical supplies, equipment, and services for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers of medical equipment, consumables, and general supplies
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast requirements
• Prepare procurement reports and analyze spending trends for cost optimization

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings
• Hospital or healthcare experience is must.
• Willingness to work on overseas employment.
• Proficient in ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
