We are looking for a well-experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement operations in the Export & Import industry. The candidate must be a Comoros national, male, and have strong knowledge of local sourcing in Comoros with hands-on experience in international trade procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for import and export operations
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials as per quality, quantity, and cost standards
  • Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams
  • Handle purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Maintain proper purchase records and MIS reports
  • Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a Purchase role within the Export & Import industry
  • Strong knowledge of Comoros local market and suppliers
  • Mandatory language proficiency: Shikomori and French
  • Good understanding of import/export documentation and procedures
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
