OVO LUXURY SIGNATURE is a premium fashion brand based in Dubai specializing in luxury clothing and bespoke fashion services. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team and oversee all warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Manager to manage our warehouse operations, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving materials, quality control, inventory management, packing, shipping, and supervising a small team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials from suppliers
• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods
• Manage inventory for raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate stock records in inventory system (ZOHO)
• Coordinate order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure luxury packaging standards for all customer orders
• Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch and delivery
• Supervise Purchase Officer, Packers, and Warehouse Staff
• Approve Purchase Orders and manage vendor relationships
• Handle damage reports, shortage claims, and customer returns
• Maintain FIFO inventory system
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics or warehouse management (Required)
• Proven experience in fashion, garment, or retail industry (Required)
• Proven experience managing a team (Required)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ZOHO )
• Solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literate (MS Office, inventory systems)
